We have developed a variety of tea products to sell in the European market.
Here are some of the items developed in the 2008 fiscal year.

Design Concept

The decent black package expresses the image of the quality Shizuoka Tea.
Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan is symbolically placed on the label stating that Shizuoka Tea is the best in Japan.

Product Outline

Umegashima (Sencha), Sunday Morning (Red) 100g (aluminum flat bag)

Umegashima is located at a height of 1000m above the sea level in Northern Shizuoka. It has a great environment with pure water and clear air. The temperatures also change entensively from day to night.
Despite the strong fire-like scent, this tea keeps its freshness for a long time.
It has a golden water color, a powerful aroma, and harmony of bitterness and sweetness.
Umegashima (Sencha)

Okumidori (Fukamushi Sencha), Best Friend (Blue) 100g (aluminum flat bag)

It is produced in the Matsuno district in the upstream of Abe River that flows down through Shizuoka City. Tea tree of Okumidori is vigorous and has twisted twigs. It is a Bansei tea with a dark green color and a strong flavor.
It is a kind of Fukamushicha with fresh and thick taste. The natural dark green of the water color has a healing effect.

High quality Sencha leaves are carefully selected at a tea farm in the foothills of Mt. Fuji. Then they are blended with carefully cut organic Matcha.
Its dark green water color reminds us of the woodland of Mt. Fuji. Its special taste has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness which can be produced only with Shizuoka Sencha.
This tea creates the pleasant image of “taking a walk in a green atmosphere.”

Bancha (Bancha), My Bancha (Gray) 100g (aluminum flat bag)

The tea leaves bathed in summer sunlight are said to be the most nutritious. The Chasho’s special technique gives the tea a refreshing and sharp taste with a strong aroma and a little sweetness. It can be brewed in boiled water without cooling it down like other kinds of tea. This tea is preferred by busy people since it is nutritious and easy to serve.
