TEAPOT (traditional tea utensil)

How to serve Sencha
Sencha is a popular tea with the most production. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, leaving a fresh and rich aftertaste. Tea leaves with a higher quality are harvested early while the buds are young.
1.The sizes of the tea utensils are shown here. First, pour hot water into cups and cool it down. By doing this, the right amount of hot water can be measured and the tea cups are warmed at the same time.
step1
2.The standard amount of tea leaves is 3g per cup. Use a small-sized spoon. A spoonful of tea is about 3g, so put 3 spoonfuls of tea or about 9g for 3 cups.
step2
3.Pour the hot water cooled in the cups into the teapot.
Place the lid on the teapot and wait for about one and a half minutes.
step3
4.Pour the tea into cups evenly and in rotation to obtain the same taste.
Pour it out to the last drop.
step4
The second brewed Sencha is also enjoyable.
For the second brewing, there is no need to cool hot water in cups. Pour hot water directly into a teapot. A good taste is obtained by making the brewing period shorter.
