Hot sencha
1. Pour hot water into the bottle up to the lower level of the screw.
For your safety use 80°C or lower temperature hot water.

2. Put about 3g of tea leaves on the tea strainer.

3. Turn the bottle up side down like an hourglass and wait for 3 to 7 minutes.
Adjust the brewing period to suit your own taste.

4.Turn it again, and it is ready to serve.

Since tea leaves can completely drain water, after drinking the first tea from the leaves you can enjoy 2nd tea from the same leaves.
Cold sencha
1. Separate the bottle into the cap and strainer parts.

2. Put about 3g of tea leaves into the bottle, and pour water up to the lower level of the screw.

3. Join the cap and strainer parts to the bottle and close it tightly.

4. Wait about 10 minutes, and it is ready to serve.

When you drink the tea, open the cap and turn the strainer part to open the bottle.
Since the tea doesn’t get bitterness by brewing it in cold water, you can enjoy the sweet taste only a high quality tea can create.
